Tonight we chose all the colors for every ceiling, room wall and trim paint in the house.
We also decided on the tile for the master bath, vinyl for the upstairs bath, wood floor color, shutter style, granite counter color and exterior paint colors. Augh, what hard decisions they were but I am glad to have them finalized. We still have to decide on the carpet but have to wait to get the upgrade prices before we decide on the style and color. It is really getting close!!!!
The living room will be a light tan/beige/neutral color, our bedroom will be the color of our present living room at John Wesley Drive, the dining room will be a very light version of the neutral color, the kitchen/eating area/keeping room will be a very light blue all with soft white/creamy ceilings and trim. Caroline's bedroom will be a light pale pink with a soft white ceiling and trim and Doster's room will be a light neutral color. I'll be painting one of his walls barn red, when we move in, with a barn door. I am wanting as much wood stain and neutral colors as possible to create a soft flow and Craftsman feel.
February 2nd is our "unofficial" moving day!!
